MISSION HILLS

If someone plants the seeds that grow to become the character of the community, then Mission Hills is blessed. Kate Sessions planted the seeds around here. As the city’s leading horticulturist, the seeds Kate planted were, indeed, literal seeds.

There were other planters as well. Mostly people who, it would seem, had a shared sense of community and beauty.

The result, a few generations later, is a collection of understated yet handsome residences, stitched together in a welcoming quilt of contrasts and harmonies.

The portfolios below gather some distinguishable features that illustrate this remarkable range.
